"WeWaHoliday Summer Delight Promotion" Terms and Conditions:

 
  1. "WeWaHoliday Summer Delight Promotion" ("Promotion") is only applicable to cardholders with valid EarnMORE Credit Card or WeWa Credit Card ("Eligible Credit Card") issued by PrimeCredit Limited ("PCL") in Hong Kong ("Cardholder").
  2. The promotion period of the Promotion is from 15 June 2022 to 31 July 2022 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  3. During the Promotion period, Cardholder can enjoy HK$200 instant discount ("Privilege") upon single spending of HK$800 ("Designated Amount") at WeWaHoliday website (https://www.wewaholiday.com) ("WeWaHoliday") with Eligible Credit Card and promotion code "WEWA200" ("Promotion Code") .
  4. The quota of the Promotion Code is limited to 500 and available on a first come first served basis while stock last. The Promotion Code is subject to the record of actual usage of the Promotion Code at WeWaHoliday and availability of the quota of the Promotion Code at the time of Cardholder using the Promotion Code. PCL and WeWaHoliday reserve the right to end the Promotion at the time after the quota of the Promotion Code is full without prior notice.
  5. Cardholder shall spend at Designated Amount at WeWaHoliday during the Promotion Period by inputting the Promotion Code and settling the payment with Eligible Credit Card at the time of payment to entitle the Privilege. No Promotion Code can be used once reservation is confirmed. For enquiries, please email to cs@wewaholiday.com.
  6. The Promotion Code is not applicable for any applicable taxes, cost of levy, fuel surcharges, travel insurance, WeWaHoliday administrative fees and merchandise shipping charges.
  7. The Promotion Code is not applicable for air ticket price paid directly to the airline supplier, hotel booking settled at the hotel front desk and for booking made through WeWaHoliday Customer Service Centre Hotline.
  8. The Promotion Code is for one-time redemption. The total face value of the Coupon Code will be deducted in full in relevant transaction when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
  9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.
  10. Cardholders must not store Promotion Code in a data retrieval system outside WeWaHoliday ;or reproduce, copy, change or publish the Promotion Code in any form or by any means; or misuse Promotion Code. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and conditions of Promotion Code, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant Promotion Code. All consequences, losses and/or damages shall be borne by the Cardholder, PCL and WeWaHoliday will not be responsible or bear any legal responsibility.
  11. Any unused Promotion Code cannot be exchange for cash or other services. Any expired or invalid Promotion Code shall not be re-issued.
  12. If the flight ticket or hotel bookings redeemed by the Promotion Code fails to depart or stay due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by the pandemic), PCL and WeWaHoliday are not responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the Promotion Code used.
  13. In the event of refund, the refund amount will not include the face value of the Promotion Code.
  14. WeWaHoliday administration fee of HK$300 shall be charged upon any cancellation and amendment on the eligible bookings. In any case, WeWaHoliday administrative fees shall not be held or waived.
  15. Each hotel has different amendment and cancellation policy, please refer to the terms and conditions of the hotel made reservation for details.
  16. Failure to arrive and check-in at the hotel at specific time shall be treated as No-Show and shall be charged for the entire stay.
  17. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  18. PCL and WeWaHoliday reserve the right to amend or change this terms and conditions and/or suspend or terminate all or any part of the Promotion. In case of dispute, the decision of PCL and WeWaHoliday shall be final and conclusive.
